Abortion? Should be every woman's choice

Death Penalty? Two wrongs don't make a right. On the other hand there are some really evil people in the world that we could do without, people with no redeeming qualities. If the justice system were fail proof I might consider the death penalty for the extreme criminal.

Prostitution? should be legal and regulated for safety

Alcohol? excellent stuff in moderation

Marijuana? for sure legal for med reasons. I don't think it's any different than alcohol, probably even better actually, people have been known to throw violent fits while drunk . . . but potheads are pretty mellow dudes. I think it should be legal like alcohol, sell it right in the bars and stores . . . sin tax the crap out it and use the money for good things.

Other drugs? i don't do 'em, but you can if you want, as long as you don't rob me to buy them. Prescription meds bug me, doctors are a bit too free with their prescription pads these days, leaving the average guy to figure out alternative methods on his own

Gay marriage? just legalise it already. and if god truly cares then let him deal with it on the other side. in the meantime people need to have property rights, spousal benefits, and all the other economic unit crap

Illegal immigrants? if they can't legally get into the country, they probably shouldn't be here. but this is more of an american problem i would think. i don't think it's right to take advantage of immigrants whether they're legal or not by forcing them into labour for slave wages

Smoking? aha! this is probably the most destructive & dangerous drug of all and it's perfectly legal . . . the withdrawal i went through was not pretty . . . tougher tobacco laws would not be remiss

Drunk driving? is bad and our laws aren't nearly tough enough

Cloning? freaks me out a little, but seems good for medical research

Racism? disgusts me. i can't get my head around it. i just don't get it, everyone shares the human race

Premarital sex? a sexist tradition that isn't very practical. if you're going to make the marriage work, you can't be having any major surprises, you've got to know what you're getting into

Religion? invented by man to control the masses. i find it difficult to buy into anything at the root of so much hatred, destruction and war. how many people have been murdered in the name of god?

The war in Iraq? will go down in history as the biggest lie the american people ever believed

Bush? scary family

Downloading music? i honestly don't see anything wrong with file sharing . . . as long as you're not pirating, mass producing bootleg copies and selling them on ebay or something. downloading is today's equivalent of making a mixed tape, recording a show off tv or radio and giving or loaning the tape to the friend. Those things are all illegal too, of course, but nobody seemed to care too much. Everybody in the music industry is still getting rich. I think honest people, like me, actually go out of their way more to support their favourite artists by buying their stuff because they recognise how important that is now. and downloading is a great way for smaller independent artists to get their stuff out there, where they might not have had the chance before.

The legal drinking age? hmmm, what is it 19? it could lower to 18 and i don't think it would make much difference. but if kids are going to drink, they're going to drink.

Porn? as long as everyone involved is of age, no animals are harmed in the making of the movie . . . giv'er

Suicide? the most selfish thing you could ever do
